Participants cannot link themselves to me

Both you and your students are logged in and have enrolled in a learning program. So far, so good. But when your students try to select you as their coach, you discover that your name is not on the list of available coaches. What’s going on? Here you can find out how to check if all settings are correct.

  • Check if the student's account is linked to your school. If the participant suddenly no longer has a subscription or the platform looks different than for other students, it may be that the participant logged in incorrectly and accidentally created a new account. In most cases, it helps if you ask the participant to log in via Entree. It is important that the student selects the correct educational institution.

  • If the student has problems logging in, read this article. If you cannot find a solution there, please contact us.
  • Check if you and your participant are enrolled in the same learning program. You both must be enrolled in the exact same learning program. 'Digitale vaardigheden' is not the same as 'Digitale vaardigheden basis'! Only if you are already enrolled in the exact same learning program as the student can the participant choose you as a coach!
  • Are you and your participant both correctly linked to the same educational institution and enrolled in the same learning program, but they still can’t select you? Then there may be a technical issue. In such a case, it’s best to contact our support department so we can assist you further.
