My purchase has been double debited from my bank account. What should I do

When you pay for your license via iDeal or a bank transfer, it may occasionally happen that the transaction appears twice in your banking app. This does not mean you have double-paid! A malfunction or booking error at the bank is almost never overlooked. If you wait a few days, you will likely see the additional debited amount automatically refunded to your account.

 

If it is a bank error, you can identify it by both transactions having the same order number. This is a 13-character code that begins with a '6'.

 

Contact your bank if the double booking is still visible on your banking app after more than a week. If you accidentally made two payments yourself, contact Support as soon as possible.
