Reporting a content issue

  • Updated

Our courses are created with the utmost care. However, it can sometimes happen that a small error slips in, such as a spelling mistake. It also happens occasionally that an external party moves or removes content that is linked from the platform. In that case, the link breaks, and clicking on it results in an error.

Unfortunately, it is not always possible to prevent a link from breaking or another error from occurring. However, you can report it when it happens. If you submit a report, the task can be quickly corrected.

How do I report an issue with the content?

Only coaches can report an issue with the content. If you're a student and you discover a broken link, please report it to your coach!

Coaches will see a 'Report' button at the top right of each task. When you click on it, a window opens where you can provide information about your report. There's no need to mention the task title in your report, as we can see from which task the report was made. However, it's important to clearly describe which link is broken.

Can I also report technical problems using this button?

Unfortunately, no. The button is only meant to report content-related errors in a task, so your report will only reach our content team. If you have a question or comment about a technical issue, please contact Support.
