You can always access our articles on our online support page. However, we can also imagine that sometimes it's more convenient to save an article as a PDF.
In this article, we explain how you can save an online article as a PDF in different internet browsers:
Google Chrome
Open Google Chrome.
Go to the web page you want to save.
Click on the three dots at the top right.
Click 'Print'.
A preview appears. At 'destination' select 'save as PDF'.
Click 'Save'.
Firefox
Open Firefox.
Go to the web page you want to save.
Click on the three horizontal lines at the top right.
Click Print.
A preview appears.
Click 'Print' in the top left.
Select Microsoft print to pdf for the printers and click Print again.
A window will open to indicate the folder where the PDF will be saved.
Edge
Open Microsoft Edge.
Go to the web page you want to save.
Click on the three dots at the top right.
Click 'Print'.
Use the Printer drop-down menu to select the Save as PDF option.
Save the file.
Safari
Open Safari.
Go to the web page you want to save.
Click on Archive in the menu bar at the top.
Click 'Export as PDF'.
Save the file.
Internet Explorer
Open Internet Explorer.
Go to the web page you want to save.
Click the 'File' button in the menu bar.
Click 'Print'.
Select 'Microsoft print to PDF' and click 'Print' again.
A window will open to indicate the folder where the PDF will be saved.
