Sometimes a school or organization will pay for the subscriptions of their users. Most schools will pay for the subscriptions of the coaches that use the platform for example. This can be done by ordering prepaidcodes. A prepaidcode is paid for in advance, and when the user redeems the prepaidcode, they no longer have to pay for the subscription themselves. Please note:this method does not apply to all of our platforms. Please check with your finance department first what the arrangements are.

Prepaidcodes are generally ordered all at once for multiple coaches and/or participants at a time. Usually this will be done by a team leader, head of the department or member of the purchasing department. We advise not to order pepaidcodes (for yourself) as a coach, unless there are no other possibilities. It is important that the data for the invoice are complete and that as few as possible separate invoices have to be sent. 

To order prepaidcodes, the following steps can be taken:

Send us an e-mail. In this e-mail, include: 

1. The amount of prepaidcodes you would like to order.
2. The desired duration of the subscription (for coaches this will usually by 52 weeks)
3. The data for the invoice:
   - School or organization
   - Address
   - Any additional billing information, such as a budget holder, cost center, purchase number, department name, etc. Always check what is required according to the school or organization before you place your order. 
   - The e-mail address for digital billing. Make sure this is an address for the central administration, not a personal e-mail address.

As soon as we have received your e-mail, we will get started on generating the prepaidcodes. Usually you will receive them within 48 hours. The prepaidcodes will be sent as an attachment to the e-mail address we have received the order from. The person that receives the prepaidcodes, must provide them to the final users themselves. Each prepaidcode can only be used once.

Users have to redeem the prepaidcode themselves. In this article it is explained how they can do this.

Frequently asked questions:

• What are the costs of a prepaidcode?
  The costs of a prepaidcode are the same as taking out a subscription via the platform. The costs depend on the duration of the subscription.
• For how long will a prepaidcode be valid?
  A prepaidcode that has been used will be valid for the requested duration time, for example 11, 22, 44 or 52 weeks. Note! A prepaidcode has to be redeemed within one year after receiving it.
• Can I order prepaidcodes with different durations?
  That is possible! Clearly mention this in your order and we will arrange it for you.
• Can I redeem multiple prepaidcodes at once? 
  Yes, that is possible. The durations of the subscriptions will then be added together.
