Handing in a (large) video

  • Updated

For some exercises it is required to hand in a video. When you need to do this, it is important to keep in mind that the video file is no larger than 100MB. When your file is bigger than 100MB, you have two options:

  1. Make the file size smaller by compressing it. You can use the following free tool to do so: https://www.freeconvert.com/video-compressor
  2. Upload your video to YouTube or Vimeo. Please note! When you upload a video on YouTube or Vimeo its standard visibility is set to public. Therefore, it is important to change these settings to ‘private’. This way, only people with the private link can watch your video. Copy the link in text document and upload it on the platform.
