Course details

  • Updated

As a coach, you will always see the title of the course on the course tile. When you click on the tile, you open the course and can view various details.

At the top, you see which learning set you are viewing, and you can switch between learning sets here as well. The assignments can vary from one learning set to another, and you will only see which participants have linked themselves to you for each learning set. So, keep an eye on older learning sets if you are still working with participants who started last year or earlier!

On the right, you can see the number of study load hours the course is worth and a button that says 'Show more'. Here, you can link or unlink colleague coaches, or completely unsubscribe yourself from the course and, if necessary, transfer your participants to a colleague.

Below that, you see several tabs, which we will go over.

Participants

Under the 'Participants' section, you can see which participants have selected you as a coach for the course, or who are indirectly linked to you via a colleague coach. You can check how many new assignments participants have submitted, which class they are in, the status of their progress, and when participants were last online.

When you click on the name of the participant and then on the title of the course, you can view their completed assignments and exams. You will first automatically see the participant's portfolio. Here, you can view all submitted assignments, both graded and ungraded. Additionally, you can see in the progress bar how many assignments out of the total have been submitted. Once you click on the title of an assignment, you can grade it.

When you click on 'Exams', you can check how much progress the student still needs to make to start the exam or view the exam work if it has already been submitted.

Assignments

Next to the 'Participants' section, you will see 'Assignments'. Here, you can view the titles of the themes and assignments in the course. Next to the assignment title, you can see how much XP the participant can earn for that assignment. By clicking on the assignment, you will see the linked core tasks & work processes, knowledge & skills, and any coach comments.

Additionally, by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner of the assignments, you can duplicate and edit the learning set. This allows you to modify the assignments to your own preference. Read more about this in this article. Lastly, you can click on 'Show participant view', which allows you to view the assignments from the participant's perspective.

Exams

Does the course include an exam? Then you will find all the exam files under this tab. You can download and view them from here. If the course does not (yet) include an exam, this will be indicated by a notification.

Qualifications

In the qualification dossier, various work processes and skills related to the optional module are recorded. In the 'Qualifications' tab, you can see which qualifications are involved. By clicking on 'Linked assignments', you can see which knowledge, skills, and work processes are addressed in which assignments.

You can use this as a guideline, for example, when giving certain assignments extra priority or as a reference when creating your own learning set. This way, you can ensure that your students are well-prepared for the exam, even if you adjust the content of the course.
