Transfer participants

  • Updated

It may happen that participants assigned to you need to be transferred to another coach. For example, because you are no longer teaching a particular course. There are two ways to transfer a participant.

Transferring individual participants

Because a participant can choose you as a coach for multiple courses, it is necessary to transfer a participant per course. To fully transfer a participant, you may need to perform these steps multiple times.

  1. Go to your list of participants and click on the appropriate participant.
  2. Click on one of the participant's courses that you want to transfer them from. When viewing the participant's portfolio, you will see 'Settings' in the top right corner. Click on it.
  3. In the screen that appears, you will see a red button 'Unlink participant'. When you click on this, the platform will ask if you want to transfer the participant to a colleague.
  4. You can only transfer the participant to coaches who are already registered for the correct course.
  5. Repeat the steps if necessary for each course.
