Decoupling participants

As a coach, it is unfortunately not possible to couple participants, but it is possible to decouple them. For example, when a participant has chosen you as their coach by accident, or has finished a course. Below, we explain step by step how you can decouple a participant. 

1. Go to the course you want to decouple the participant for. 
2. Select the learning set you want to decouple the participant for, via the menu left at the top of the list of participants.
3. Click on the name of the participant in question.
4. Click on ‘Settings’ on the top right of the submitted exercises.
5. Click on the red button with the text ‘Decouple’.
6. Do you want to transfer your participants to another coach? Then select a name from the list. If you don’t want to, you can select ‘I don’t want to transfer my participant(s)’. 
7. Click on ‘Remove’.
